Brazil trip, #1: Preface

Playlist: Télépopmusik - Breathe

***************

Houra! A moi Rio!

*EN* Back in Lima after my trip to Brazil, I can finally tell you everything from the beginning ... and it didn't start well! First, it took me two days to buy my tickets: After ten failed attempts to pay online, and two returns to the travel agency (in Peru, to pay less commission, we can pay tickets in a mall: but you should go to pay the same day of the reservation at the agency, which I had not understood, of course), FINALLY I got my tickets, which I kept carefully without thinking about it until the D day of my departure :)
So the D-Day, I wake up and start preparing my luggage for my flight which was leaving in the night. In the afternoon, after choosing the swimsuits I would use, I re-check my notes again, only as a routine check up: it was May 18th and my flight was on the night of 18 => perfect! Verify the departure time: 01 am => Perf ...... eh ??... wait ... we are now 18, and at 1am is 19th, and no longer the 18th! no, no, no, no! Does that mean that my flight out last night while I was sleeping peacefully in my bed, dreaming of my next day's departure? NOOOOOOOO
Then, I go immediately to the travel agency (for the third time!). Since my ticket was a promotional offer, they said that I can not change it, there's nothing I can do, I sweat, I cry, I tremble, it's not possiiiiiiiiible, bouhouhou ...I gave such a pity to the operator that at one point he got close to me and whispered with compassion: "Look, I know a way to change your ticket, you have to say you've missed your flight because you were in hospital with a serious disease. If you come back next week with a medical certificate saying he had typhoid fever, I can change your flight." Okay, now I've got an alternative: that's how I'm finally going at 8pm to a clinic to find a doctor who can give me a certificate... I hope it's going to work ...
I come to the clinic and they give me a form to fill. The nurse asks me to pass in the exam room, I was expecting to meet the doctor, but no: the nurse takes my blood, weighed me, takes my temperature, asking me if I had fever ... I don't know what to say, usually I am a VERY BAD liar and I don't like to do it, so I only say a shy "yes", because I don't know if she knows that I'm just a false patient who's waiting for a false certificate ... I'm so embarrassed! Afer that, the nurse disappears and the receptionist tells me to wait in the taxi, and he let me know when the certificate will be ready ... After 20 minutes of waiting, the employee returned with the famous certificate! Hurraa, Rio here I come! In the end I managed to change my ticket, I went 10 days later than planned, but I went, and worth it, believe me ;)
